This event was created to compliment a wider PR and marketing campaign to help the client make an impact in the market when they re-branded the company and moved into new, beautifully refurbished offices.
150 guests/ Office to venue transformation/Entertainment/Fine food and drinks
Roselle arranged for the majority of the office furniture to be removed and turned the empty space into a chic venue for the after work reception.Using the clients brand colour of teal blue, we dressed the outside of the building with a colour matching carpet, the building was floodlit in blue, and we added topiary trees and candle lanterns to the entrance walkway. This created a warm and special welcome for guests.
Inside we added atmospheric teal lighting and set up bistro style tall tables. Beautiful floral arrangements added a scent and a modern string quartet played music in the foyer.Smart waiting staff served champagne and bottled beer while guests grazed on the fantastic canapés of mini burgers in their own box, smoked duck potato nests and goats cheese macaroons.
In addition Roselle managed the invitation RSVP’s, logging responses through a dedicated email inbox, and making follow-up phone calls to those who had not responded. This saved the client hours of administration time. Roselle staff also welcomed guests on the night, ensuring the VIP’s were well looked after. Guest speaker Lord Digby Jones was invited to make a speech and officially open the new office and the media coverage achieved was fantastic.
Roselle worked with the clients PR agency, Bread PR, to ensure the event helped achieve the wider campaign objectives. The launch event was a great success and a fantastic example of several teams working together for a common goal.
