In order to thank and show appreciation to their top Sales people of 2011 and their spouses, we were asked to organise and manage a 4 day incentive for 15-20 couples in a European destination with easy access from the other European countries.

Besides managing all connecting flights, the group flight and an exciting yet relaxing programme for the group, Roselle was responsible for the registration and information website and all email stings to create a buzz around this event.
Having organised this Incentive event for the past 4 years we chose the beautiful Island of Malta as the 2012 location as the group had never visited here together before, and it ticked all the right boxes of sun, sea and delicious food. All 15-20 couples were flown to Malta and greeted by a personal meet and greet who welcomed them to this hot country with an ice chilled bottle of water and refreshing facial wipe to set the tone for their luxurious and relaxing incentive.
The week consisted of a Welcome Dinner set on a cliff side overlooking the lush blue ocean, a guided tour of the Old City Valetta, a serenaded trip in one of Malta’s old traditional coaches, a delicious and exclusive feast of freshly caught seafood harbour side, a private Catamaran day trip taking the group to an exclusive location for lunch on Gozo and a Gala Dinner beside a listed medieval tower that overlooked the ocean.
As we have worked on this event for the past 4 years, one of our main challenges is to find a new and exciting destination that is still easily accessible for all the guests but still has that luxury “I want to go there” appeal. As some guests are recurring winners we have to ensure that every year the programme is different and exciting yet keeping the luxury and relaxing feel.
